Our goal is to keep them engaged with regular content, including monthly emails that advertise program benefits and encourage them to continue shopping with us while maintaining our friendly brand persona. I partner with the Schnucks dietitian to produce the content for these emails.

Another touchpoint with our customers, the Sunday recipe email aims to provide value with recipes and meal inspiration, plus coupons to encourage customers to shop with us. I create concise copy that provides value while also being easy to skim.
